Question 1

Do I need a betting account to join?

Accepted Answer

No. You can join TWC Academy completely free and receive tips without ever placing a bet. Many members join first to see how the system works, then open a betting account once they're confident. There is no obligation to bet — ever.

Question 2

What exactly do I get with a TWC Academy membership?

Accepted Answer

SMS tips delivered 1–2 minutes before each race, access to the live Results Archive, the tipping competition, and pre and post-race analysis. One membership covers all three markets — UK Racing, World Pool events, and Hong Kong Racing.

Question 3

What time are tips sent each day?

Accepted Answer

Tips are sent via SMS 1–2 minutes before the scheduled race start. You receive the horse name, race details, and your exact staking amount calculated to your trading bank and risk level.

Question 4

Do you tip every day?

Accepted Answer

We tip on days when we have genuine value selections. If there is nothing we are confident about, we will not force a tip. Quality over quantity is central to our approach.

Question 5

What stakes should I use?

Accepted Answer

We offer 5 risk levels — from Level 1 (1% of bank per trade) up to Level 5 (20% of bank). Your daily staking amount is calculated automatically based on your current trading bank and your chosen level. Full details are on our Staking page.

Question 6

How does the free trial work?

Accepted Answer

Join on the 2nd of the month and nothing is payable until the 1st of the following month — up to 30 days completely free. No credit card is required to start. The earlier in the month you join, the longer your free period.

Question 7

How does the FUT membership work?

Accepted Answer

FUT membership is $20 USD per month, billed in arrears on the 1st of each month. $10 goes to the Fortuna Global platform fee and $10 goes directly into the tipping competition prize pool. There is no charge when you first join — your first bill arrives on the 1st of the following month.

Question 8

Can I cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes — there are no contracts or lock-in periods. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@thewinnersclub.world. Leave on the last day of the month and nothing is charged.

Question 9

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Membership is $20 USD paid in FUT (Fortuna Global Token). You can purchase FUT with a credit card or cryptocurrency — no credit card is stored or required upfront.

Question 10

Does the price go up if my bank is bigger?

Accepted Answer

No. Every membership is equal — $20 USD regardless of your trading bank size. All members are on the same footing.

Question 11

Are your results independently verified?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We use a real, verified betting account as our master — results are entered manually and the account can be inspected at any time. No self-reported figures, no cherry-picked winners.

Question 12

Can I see results before joining?

Accepted Answer

Yes — our full Results Archive is publicly accessible at /results. We believe in complete transparency and want you to make an informed decision before joining.

Question 13

What is World Pool and why do you only bet those events?

Accepted Answer

World Pool is the international commingled tote pool led by the Hong Kong Jockey Club. It links racing jurisdictions across the globe — UK, Australia, USA, France, Japan, Singapore, South Africa and more — into one shared pool. We only operate on World Pool events because that is where the volume is. Deep liquidity means we can get bets on at the right price. Outside of World Pool events, the conditions are not right for our style of trading.

Question 14

Is horse racing tipping a guaranteed way to make money?

Accepted Answer

No. Horse racing involves inherent uncertainty and past performance is never a guarantee of future results. Our tips are based on rigorous analysis but we cannot guarantee profits. Please only bet with money you can afford to lose and treat betting as entertainment.

Question 15

What if I think I have a gambling problem?

Accepted Answer

If you are concerned about your gambling, please seek help immediately. BeGambleAware (begambleaware.org) and GamCare (gamcare.org.uk) offer free, confidential support. We take responsible gambling seriously and will always support members who need to step back.
