This Is How We Find Our Analysts
At TWC Academy we don't just teach punting — we develop talent. The tipping competition is our analyst pipeline. If you can consistently find winners and back them with conviction, we want to know about it. The top performers each month earn prizes and a genuine conversation about joining our team as a full-time analyst. The winner announced on 1 July annually is guaranteed a job offer with all the perks attached. But there are monthly winners too — on the 1st of each month we announce the following month's prizes so you always know what you're playing for.

Prize value is tied directly to our membership base — as the community grows, so does the reward pool. Current prize details are published inside the members area each competition period. On the 1st of each month we announce what the following month's prizes are.
How It Works
Join as a Member
All TWC Academy members are automatically entered. Your starting bank mirrors a real member account — the same 1-2-3 unit staking plan, just with play-money.
Submit Your Selections
Enter your tip up to 2 minutes before the scheduled race time. Once submitted, your selection is locked — no changes, no excuses. This is how real analysts operate.
Watch the Leaderboard
Results are updated after each race. Your running bank, strike rate, P.O.T., and R.O.I. are all tracked and displayed on the live leaderboard.
Win Prizes & Recognition
Prizes are awarded to the top tippers each month. On the 1st of every month we publish what the following month's prizes are. Prize value scales with our membership base — the bigger the community, the bigger the reward.

Your competition bank uses the exact same 1-2-3 unit confidence system as a real TWC Academy membership. 1 unit for a standard selection, 2 units for a stronger conviction play, 3 units for your highest-confidence tip. This is not a free-for-all — it mirrors real trading discipline.

Competition Rules
Tips must be submitted at least 2 minutes before the scheduled race start time.
Once a tip is submitted it is final — no edits, no withdrawals, no exceptions.
Staking follows the TWC 1-2-3 unit confidence system. 1 unit = standard, 2 units = strong, 3 units = maximum conviction. No other stake sizes are permitted.
Results are settled using official race outcomes. Voids are settled as void (stake returned).
The leaderboard ranks by P.O.T. (Profit on Turnover) over the competition period. A minimum of 3 tips is required to qualify for ranking.
Sharing your selections is encouraged — but only before the race. Claiming winners after the fact does not count.
TWC Academy reserves the right to disqualify any entry that shows evidence of manipulation or bad faith.
