1. About TWC Academy
TWC Academy ("we", "us", "our") is a horse racing tipping and education service. We provide subscribers with horse racing selections, analysis, and related content for recreational and informational purposes. By accessing our website or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
2. Nature of the Service
TWC Academy is a horse racing tipping service. Our selections represent our informed opinion based on form analysis, market data, and experience. They are not financial advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of profit. Horse racing is inherently unpredictable and you may lose money following our tips. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use TWC Academy. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that using our service complies with the laws of your country or region.
4. Membership and Billing
Membership is billed in arrears on the 1st of each month. All prices are in USD. No charge is made when you first join — your first bill arrives on the 1st of the following month. Payment is processed via Stripe or FUT (Fortuna Global Token). By providing your payment details, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on each billing date.
5. Free Trial
New members receive a free trial period from the date they join until the 1st of the following month — up to 30 days. No credit card is required to start. If you leave before the 1st of the following month, nothing is charged. If you remain a member, your first payment will be processed on the 1st.
6. Refunds
Because membership is billed in arrears, you use the service before you pay. Refunds are not provided for subscription periods already paid, except where required under applicable consumer law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at support@thewinnersclub.world within 14 days of the charge.
7. Intellectual Property
All content published by TWC Academy — including tips, analysis, articles, and data — is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our content without prior written permission. Sharing tips publicly (including on social media, tipster forums, or other platforms) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your membership.
8. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Your account is for your personal use only. You agree to notify us immediately at support@thewinnersclub.world if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TWC Academy shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of following our tips or analysis. We provide information for educational and informational purposes only. You accept full responsibility for your own betting decisions.
10. Responsible Gambling

11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
